Executive briefing

45-minute working session with your executive team. We walk through the platform applied to a business that looks like yours — your industry, your value chain, your scale.

Pilot scoping

Joint design of the first executive use case — typically a board-pack, MBR diagnostic, or transformation tracker. We agree the twin scope, the data sources, the success criteria, and the team.

STEP 03 · WEEKS 5–12

Pilot delivery

Twin construction, data integration, first use case live. Production by week 12. Twin extends from there as new modules and use cases come online — under one platform contract.

Platform subscription

Annual subscription scoped by industry, footprint and module set. Add modules without re-procurement.
